Well, life at our house has slowed down a little bit. All business was wrapped up at the beginning of last week and we are taking the time to just rest and play. Of course, being together all the time means we can lovingly share sinus infections and sore throats (you know the kind that feel as though a cat crawled down your throat and used it as a scratching post?!) with one another. Christmas is a time of giving after all.
I hope you have time to read this blog now and then, between drinking eggnog and singing carols around the crackling fire. In our house, that means we are drinking OJ (sometimes spiked) and listening to our kids battle one another with the two LEGO castle armies. Cheers!
A new website will be launched soon (between now and mid-January) and I can’t wait for you to see all the updated photographs and the beautiful new design and features. Once I have a better idea of when it will be live – we will have a fun little countdown here with daily posts and fun things to get involved in. So, check back often.
For now, a few more photographs of a day when I thought it would be fun to attempt the impossible… being a mom and photographer plus braving the cold & snow with about 15 minutes of light remaining.
